Well written. It is chunked into manageable paragraphs and I like the use of exam questions dotted throughout for students to check understanding. Everything within the companion is clear and easy to access. Students could use this for their own revision or as a study guide for independent learning … I like how there are small tasks interspersed throughout the text as well as exam questions, there are also opportunities to research various elements – this would be great for independent learning! … enhances learning by providing another opportunity for students to practice exam questions and for them to have an easy to read resource … It could also be used by teachers to set students if they have missed parts of the course or for flipped learning … It follows the same sections as the specification e.g. A1, A2 – this enables students to match this to particular lessons that the teacher is teaching.
